Before you aim to import the data from Give Campus in to your Raiser's Edge, it is best to understand what data is available from Give Campus. Importacular's Give Campus Data Source uses their API to be able to do this and not every piece of data collected is available either through their API or in the Importacular Data Source.
Additionally, Custom Fields in Give Campus only attach themselves to their API once a Gift/Record has been attached to them. If you create a Custom Field and then use the Importacular Data Source, those Custom Fields will not appear until there is a record attached to them.
If you feel that a required field is missing, please contact Give Campus support. They may need to add the field to their API or request that we add the field to the Importacular Data Source for them.
For your convenience, here is a list of the current fields available. It is highly advised that you examine this list of fields before you start building your Importacular template and before you start any Onboarding training. If you would like to explore the list of fields available with your own GiveCampus data, simply then use the Export and Annonymising Data tool to extract a sample of the data.
