When setting up Criteria Sets to look up Maiden Name, please be aware that it behaves in a more standard way and doesn't not follow that same look up logic as 'Nickname' (see this Knowledge Base Article).
As such, Importacular will look to find a match on Maiden Name if you have mapped 'Maiden Name' in your template.
