When a non-constituent relationship record is converted to a constituent using the relationship functionality "Convert to a constituent", the act of converting is not recorded in the Audit Trail Classic . Theoretically, if nothing else, a constituent id value should be recorded as the record is given one when it becomes a constituent. However it does not appear as though this happens.
