If you wish to apply a data transformation on the 'Format (configured)' field within the Primary Addressee or Primary Salutations Area mapping , you will noticed that the 'Change to Target' field within the Transformation, does not contain the dropdown options. This is feature is coming, but in the meantime, the solution is very straight-forward.
When you look at the dropdown in the 'Format (configured)' field, the Addressee/Salutation template has a number.
This number is the number you will need to use in the 'Change to Target' section of your transformations.
