Can I trial Chimpegration for Salesforce?
Yes you can. Install the Chimpegration App from the AppExchange, finish off the final Salesforce Set-up steps and then head over to sf.chimpegration.com. On the log in screen, click on 'No Account? Sign up' and fill in the required details.

What is the best way to trial Chimpegration for Salesforce?
Set up some records in Mailchimp that you can send Mailchimp Campaigns to. Make sure you place them in a Segment or their Audience and run some tests. For more details, take a look at this User Guide

Can I update Salesforce and Mailchimp in Realtime?
Right now you can only run ad hoc or scheduled processes. However, soon you will be able to run 'Realtime' processes for updating Salesforce records and recording certain Audience Activities like Unsubscribes and Hard Bounces
Can I manage Groups using Chimpegration for Salesforce?
Not yet. We want to know what are the best ways for us to do that in Salesforce? A Topic, a Custom Picklist, etc. Please tell us what you would prefer and we will consider it. Just email support@zeidman.info
Can I process Customer Journeys/ Automation Flows using Chimpegration for Salesforce?
We are afraid not. Mailchimp have added a number of new features to their platform of the last couple of years. Unfortunately, they have not updated their API at the same time. This means that any software that attempts to communicated with Mailchimp via their API are limited in what they can process, including Chimpegration. Mailchimp are aware of the limitations of their API and are working on updating it.
