Can you please do the following:
1. Press F12 in the browser to open up the developer console.
2. Go the the network tab
3. Refresh the Importacular Insights page i.e. press F5 or the browser refresh button.
4. On the networks tab right click and press the option to "Save all as HAR with content"
5. Please send that to us and we will see if that gives us any clue either.
