There are two scenarios that could result in getting this warning:


1. Your support licence has expired. It might be that the renewal invoice was sent to a person that is no longer works at your organisation, or the invoice was not yet actioned/paid. If you have just paid the invoice, please be aware that paying an invoice does not automatically re-instate your licence. Please contact support@zeidman.info to rectify the issue.


2. You are a free user. From January 2024, users of the Free Version of Importacular are only able to import gifts directly onto a record and not via a Gift Batch. In most cases, Importacular will adjust a template that was set to add Gifts via a Gift Batch to now add gifts directly to a record. However, if you receive an Exception in your control report that states "You no longer have access to Importacular Data Cleanup licence so cannot add gifts to a batch.",  simply head to the Gift Area Settings, re-select 'Import gifts Directly' and re-save the settings and then the template.
