When retrieving reports from Chimpegration Classic, you notice that some of the tabs and data is missing, you should also see an error message on the Summary Tab that states:
Unable to retrieve previously stored data. Some tabs and summary data may be missing. Was looking for [location].json
Your reports are actually a combination of a number of log files created and stored either locally or in the cloud, depending on the nature of actions and activities that took place whilst Chimpegration Classic completed your Process.
This error message is informing you that one or more of your log files could not be found. In many cases, it can be attributed to Blackbaud clearing out these temporary log files, stored on their server, after a short period of time.
We recommend that you generate and store your reports right after each process you are run is completed.
