If you have received an email entitled 'Interruption to your Chimpegration Process', it means that one or more of your Chimpegration scheduled or real time processes are no longer functioning. This is because either you or one of your colleague's Blackbaud credentials are no longer valid. There are a number of reasons why this may have happened:

1. A user has left your organization and their Blackbaud credentials have been made inactive.
2. Chimpegration was disabled from the marketplace. If you enable it again the old credentials will be stale.
3. An error has occurred that has rendered all credentials to go stale.

The email will detail the User whose Blackbaud Credentials was no longer valid when the process attempted to run. credentials.

Action to Take

The email also details the action to take to rectify the issue. In a little more detail than what is stipulated in the email, the action to take is as follows.

If you are the User whose Blackbaud Credential are no longer Valid, please log into Chimpegration and reauthorize your Blackbaud Credentials in the Authorization section and follow the online instruction on Authenticate with Raiser's Edge NXT:


In case the person who last saved the process is no longer at your organization, you will need to select and ‘Edit’ the related process to have it run under an active user’s credentials.


For example, if you are have a Realtime Process set up and the user associated with that process is the one who has left the organisation, you will need to select and ‘Edit’ the related process to have it run under an active user’s credentials. To make it easier to identify which user is associated with a particular process, we have added their details to the process's tile on the dashboard.


To 'Edit' the process, so that you are now the associated user, click on the process in the left hand menu, Select 'Edit' and select the name of the process you need to update.



Next, continue through the rest of the pages to ensure  the process is still valid and click 'done'. Even if you make no changes to the template, by clicking 'done', you will now be associated with the process.


Please note: The email will also be sent to other ZeidZone account holders in your organization who have logged into Chimpegration and presents a list of those users.

Please take this opportunity to review the list and decide if you need to add or remove people. If you do, log into ZeidZone and update your organization users. You will need to be assigned as Admin in order to remove or invite users.

The email will be repeated daily until the issue has been fixed.
