If you see fields that do not line up with the country that your Raiser's Edge database is associated with, check your culture settings to see if those have been changed.  To see a video of this, click here.


To access those settings, go to File and then Application Settings.


Choose the tab at the top labeled 'Advanced'.  Below, you can see the settings for an organisation using a Canadian culture.



The "English (Canada with US dates) option will format dates the same as the US, but will maintain all other field formats in line with Canadian fields (such as postal code, etc.).
