After you have successfully imported using Importacular, you notice that the Address Block for some of your imported/updated records no longer produce a completed Address Block, but all the address lines have been successfully populated. What does this mean?


Well, please be aware that Importacular does not update the Address Block, these are automated setting from within your Raiser' Edge that you control. What we have seen is users have imported in a Country that wasn't in their Raiser's Edge Country table and as such, the address format for that 'new' country has not been set up yet.


Head to your 'International' area with your Raiser's Edge Config and select the 'new' country that has been added and update the address format suitable to that country.
