We have identified an odd scenario whereby a user with supervisor rights can't save a template because the save buttons are greyed out.


We think we have identified what the problem is and are working on a solution. In the meantime, you can make some adjustments to Importacular to get it to save.


  • Head to the Security Settings and make some adjustments to some of your Security Groups on a couple of different areas, keeping a note of their original settings.

  • Save your settings and come out of Importacular completely.

  • Next, re-open Importacular and head back to the Security Settings.

  • Go back and change your security setting back to their original settings, then save and come out of Importacular a second time.

  • Go back into Importacular and you should be able to save your templates again.
