This error will occur if the data source contains data about the bank/financial institution (such as the Sort Code) that doesn't agree with the data on the bank record within the Raiser's Edge (under Configuration, Financial Institutions).
To resolve this error, the user should update the bank record in the Raiser's Edge under Configuration, Financial Institutions with correct data or update the import file.
