Check the mapping and the field referenced in the exception message. This message refers to a code table based field and an entry in your import data source that does not match the code table assigned to this particular Raiser's Edge field.
You can either change the value in your data source, use a Data Transformation to convert the value in your data source to a code table entry or use the Field settings to add the value or ignore the value.
