If you are using an email address as a matching criteria in your Criteria Sets in Importacular, you should ensure that all of your email address phone types in the Raiser's Edge have been coded accordingly in your Raiser's Edge Configuration. If the email address has been entered with a phone type that is not coded as an email address, it may not match as expected.
