If some users (but not all) are unable to access areas of Importacular, please check the Importacular security settings to ensure that all RE Security Groups have access to the areas in Importacular that they need in order to to their work.
Please note that user functionality will be restricted by RE security rights (ie a user who cannot add or edit a constituent record in RE will not be able to do so in Importacular either).
