In version 4.11.1.0, we have identified an issue with clients trying add Open and Click Attributes to Actions when Managing Campaigns. A new version has been released for self-hosted clients (version 4.11.2.0).
For Hosted-by-Blackbaud clients, we are working with Blackbaud to get the newest version of Chimpegration Classic uploaded onto the Blackbaud servers as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend Hosted-by-Blackbaud clients head over to Chimpegration and manage their Campaigns there. The process is very similar to Manage Campaigns in Chimpegration Classic, but here is a User Guide for your convenience.
If you are new to Chimpegration , know that Chimpegration Classic users get access to Chimpegration as part of their package and includes a generous Cloud usage allowance too. To gain access and start using Chimpegration, take a look at our User Guide.
You can even go one step further and automate your campaign management by setting up 'Scheduled' and/or 'Real-time' processes. Making it even easier to manage your campaigns.
