In version 4.11.1.0, we have identified an issue with clients trying to Synchronise large Audiences, regardless of Segment or Group size. A new version has been released for self-hosted clients (version 4.11.2.0).
For Hosted-by-Blackbaud clients, we are working with Blackbaud to get the newest version of Chimpegration Classic uploaded onto their server as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend clients use the 'Import' and 'Export to an Audience' feature in Chimpegration Classic instead, which is not effected by the same issue as 'Synchronise Constituent Data'.
Alternatively, you can also use the similar features in Chimpegration ('Import From MailChimp' and 'Export to MailChimp')
If you are new to Chimpegration , know that Chimpegration Classic users get access to Chimpegration as part of their package and includes a generous Cloud usage allowance too. To gain access and start using Chimpegration, take a look at our User Guide.
Within Chimpegration , once you have imported/exported your data, you can also automate the update process by setting up 'Scheduled' and/or 'Real-time' processes. Making it even easier to manage your campaigns.
