Depending on data source, it is possible for Importacular to find a match, not only within Raiser's Edge, but within the data itself. Known as the Grid. Importacular looks within the Grid and looks for a match on the following criteria:
- First name
- Surname
- Org name
- Email (or multiple emails)
- Address Line 1
- Postcode (or multiple addresses)
However, it will only use this criteria if those fields are mapped within the Template you are using. The more of these fields are mapped, the more accurate the Grid Matches will be.
