Due to changes at the Blackbaud level to how Microsoft products (such as Excel) work within the Raiser's Edge, hosted Importacular users will no longer be able to directly open their Control Reports from Importacular.
In order to work around this change, the button that previously opened the Control Report directly will now copy the location of your file. Watch this video to see an easy way to open your report with this location link.
