In version 5.1 and earlier, on Field Settings for date fields (such as, but not limited to, Date From and Gift Date), the Save button may be hidden (shown below).
To access the save button, drag the bottom right hand corner down and to the right.
This issue will be resolved in version 5.2 (set to be released in Q1 of 2022).
