While you may want to integrate all of your SalsaEngage Supporters into the Raiser's Edge using Importacular, you certainly do not have to do so. You can select which Supporters you would like to integrate based upon the date range that you select in the Data Source Criteria screen or by using a SalsaEngage field as a means to suppress or ignore constituents (see this demo video to show that process in action).
Using a SalsaEngage field would allow you to determine who to ignore based upon a value in SalsaEngage. In our sample demo, this was done with a Y/N field of whether or not we wanted to integrate a record with the Raiser's Edge. This principle could also be done with many other field options (for instance we could opt to exclude Supporters with a blank address line 1 or ignore any record with no First Name).
If you only wanted to exclude records based on when the Supporter was last changed or added to SalsaEngage, you can do that with the Data Source Criteria. In that case, you would only select the dates that you want to process using the screen below.
