If you are working with a gift mapping and have mapped Credit Card fields in a template (or are importing a template that includes Credit Card fields) and see this exception, "Your security group does not permit you to assign any of the credit card fields. (You need 'Personal Information Data Entry')", then you will need to speak with your organization's Raiser's Edge administrator.
This exception is due to security settings in the Raiser's Edge. In order to resolve this, your Raiser's Edge security rights should be changed to include "Personal Information Data Entry".
