In Importacular version 5.0.0.0, we have identified a bug that is causing Gift Notes to show as blank when importing Gifts to a Batch. While we have identified the issue and will resolve this is the next release of Importacular, this fix will not be live in the Blackbaud hosted environment until our next Blackbaud release (anticipated in Q4 of 2021).
In the meantime, users may opt to import directly rather than via Batch using the Gift Area setting. When importing directly, the Gift Notes will populate as expected.
