We cannot currently work with Customer Journeys in Chimpegration Classic. The reason for this is that Customer Journeys have not been fully incorporated into Mailchimp's API. What has been incorporated into their API is entirely separate from classic automations. We expected Mailchimp to flesh out this API functionality (although they have not said that they will nor given a timeline). When they do we will evaluate whether or not to add that functionality to Chimpegration Classic.
In the meantime you can work with 'Classic Automations', to access these go to 'Automations' and then "Customer Journeys" in the side bar.
Then choose 'Check out Classic Automations'
Here you can create automation emails, welcome series etc.
