When you are importing and the total number of gifts batched does not equal the total number of gifts in your import, but there are no exceptions, there are a couple of things to check.


1) Validation Account - This section of the User Guide will explain how to set up your Validation account.  If you do not have a Validation account, no gifts for New Constituent records will show as Batched when Validating.


2) Key fields populated - Follow the instructions in this knowledgebase article to determine if all of your key fields for the gift record have been populated.  (For example, incomplete Data Transformations could result in the Fund being left blank and a gift not being imported or validated.)
