If you are planning on doing a large global change across many records in RE and those changes do not need to be sent over to Mailchimp, we recommend you do a sync beforehand. Do the global change and then make a note of when the global change ends in order to start the next sync after that time. That way you do not include all the records that were changed in the next sync thus reducing the changes you will need to check in the review screen.
