A bug has been identified in Importacular version 4.9.0.1 that has resulted in a blank gift batch. This has been fixed for the next release of Importacular (which we anticipate being in Q3 of 2021, but the exact date will be determined by the hosting team at Blackbaud).
In the meantime , the workaround for adding these gifts and memberships is to add the gifts directly bypassing the batch. You can do that by updating the gift area settings and selecting to add the gifts directly:
