In version 4.9.0.1, organisations importing payments directly to a batch for either recurring gifts or pledges via the paid destination for those gifts may see the error


Unfortunately, there is a bug with the new code that speeds up the batch process. This appears to be specific to recurring gift payments and not other areas. The workaround is to run this so that the gifts are not added to a batch but added directly if that is something that your organisation permits.  For more information regarding importing directly, please review this knowledgebase article.

This has now been fixed in version 5.0 and the fix is live in all Blackbaud hosted environments.  Self-hosted users should download the latest version from our webiste and update to resolve this issue.
