In earlier versions of RE the gender options were fixed. In a recent patch Blackbaud have added the ability to add custom gender options. This involved creating a new gender table which the latest version of Audit Trail now points to. If your gender rules are not working as expected it may be due to one of two things:
1. You may need to update Audit Trail to the latest version (you can download this by logging into your Zeidzone account)
2. You may need to recreate rules that use the gender fields to ensure they are pointing at the correct table.
One way to check this is to add an additional option to your gender table (e.g. non-binary, unspecified etc.) and then check your rule to ensure all options are listed in the dropdown on the criteria page. If they are not you will need to recreate the rule.
