If you have imported phone numbers (or email addresses, links, etc.) to Raiser's Edge via Importacular, but you cannot see them on the constituent record and do not have an exception in the Control Report, check the inactive box at the bottom of the grid for phone numbers to make sure that they are not being hidden due to being marked inactive.
