Error reported from RE on saving the record from the area map "Appeal". The reported error was: Unable to assign the value "XYZ" to the Appeal field on the CONSTITUENT_APPEALS. The appeal "XYZ" has been entered in the incorrect format. The appeal exists but if this is the id then the description should be given. If this is the description then the id should be given. (in mapping Appeal).
To switch between the Description and the ID, you will need to access your Raiser's Edge User Options (these are specific to your login).
Once in the User Options, go to Records and select Appeals:
