Many field settings in Importacular allow users to opt to update new constituents or existing constituents (and in some cases new information for the existing constituent versus existing information for the existing Constituent). For example, the phone type field allows these options:
In the view above, our import via Importacular will update both new and existing constituent records. For the existing constituents, we will add this value to new phone numbers and we will also update the phone type if a matching phone record is found in Raiser's Edge.
