Th error message "Method not found: ‘Void ZeidmanDevelopment.Controls.Topper.set_HelpURL(System.String)’. " occurs when an older component that is used by a number of our applications is installed on your system, but unfortunately was not updated when the latest version is installed.
To resolve this, you need to uninstall Importacular and any other of our applications that you may have installed previously.
Before doing so, please go to the following location %systemroot%\assembly and check to see if the file ZeidmanDevelopment.Controls.dll is present
If you sort by Assembly Name, you should see it at the bottom.
Then uninstall Importacular from your machine and any other program by Zeidman Development ( you can sort by publisher in the add and remove programs).
Go back to the file manager and refresh the view to see if ZeidmanDevelopment.Controls.dll has been removed.
Then you can reinstall the latest version of Importacular.
If you have other applications by us and want to reinstall them you can do so after Importacular has been installed. You should not need to repeat this again the next time you update Importacular. It should be a one time operation.
