In order to activate the integration between Blackbaud Award Management and the Raiser's Edge, you will need your Site Prefix and your Export token. You should also whitelist your IP address.
Your Site Prefix is part of the URL that you use to access Blackbaud Award Management. For example:
If your URL is: https://zeidmanrocks.academicworks.com
Enter this as your Site Prefix: zeidmanrocks.
To obtain your Export token and to whitelist your IP address, access Blackbaud Award Management. Then click on the Site dropdown, select Settings and then choose Import & Export tools.
Scroll down to Export Details:
You will need to copy the Export token and paste that in order to activate the integration.
You may also need to Whitelist the IP address for your computer here as well.
