In version 4.7, if the match settings that you have selected match to more than one gift in the Raiser's Edge (please note that gift batches do have to be committed prior to matching), you will not be able to import an adjustment. You may need to adjust your criteria in order for Importacular to determine which gift ought to be adjusted.
