When working with the Funraise data source, the date that is selected is the date from (today's date is the date to). The screenshot below shows the date selection option.


Unfortunately, we are not able to add an end date to the data selection criteria due to the way that Funraise has set up their API and some organisations using a large amount of historical data have experienced a time out.  The addition of an end date needs to be added by the team at Funraise in order for this to change.


As a workaround, we recommend that users clone the template to file, pull the data out of Funraise into an Excel file and import that way.  Once you have imported the bulk of your gifts that way, you should be able to resume working with the integration.
