Organisations that are in a Canadian instance of Raiser's Edge can use the field settings on the postal code field in order to correct the formatting of the Canadian postal code (this is also true for US organisations and the US zip code as well as UK organisations and the UK postal code).
To access the field settings, click the red/green radio button at the end of the row for postal code in the mapping template.
Next, select the option at the bottom of the screen to correct the format.
