In version 4.6 of Importacular, there is a known issue where a bug is preventing conditionally update mapping to work properly unless the field being used for the condition is mapped somewhere in the template.
Using the screenshot above, this would mean that we need to add the Payment Method field to our template to a field that we are not already using for this import.
Examples of where this can be added would include free text fields such as: Gift Reference, a text based Attribute or a Note.
If you do not want this to be imported into Raiser's Edge, then it would be best to add it to a field where you have the functionality to select the option to not update for New or Existing Constituents in the Field Settings (such as a Constituent Notepad).
