Importacular works in the database view of Raiser's Edge 7. That said, there are functional differences (particularly with the phone numbers/email addresses) if an organization is using a version prior to 7.94. Organizations using Raiser's Edge NXT can absolutely use Importacular, but they will have to do so in the Database View rather than the web view.
