When authenticating Chimpegration for NXT, some users may experience an issue where the product either never fully loads or where they are continually sent to a user profile screen on the Blackbaud site.  This is a known error that we are working to resolve, but in the meantime, it can be avoided by logging completely out of www.blackbaud.com and then authenticating with your NXT credentials.
