Free text fields have the most functionality when it comes to working with Data Transformations in Importacular.
You can use any of the Match Types in Importacular when working with a free text field. All casing rules will still apply so consider your casing carefully as you set up your grid.
You can also work with any of the Replace Types when using a free text field. This means that you do not have to change the entire contents of the field. In the screenshot above, you can see several Partial changes as well as an Append. With that grid, a field in the data source containing the word 'Manchester' would be transformed to 'Manchester United Football Club' per the second and fourth rows.
Stop Processing allows you to indicate that you do not want any additional Partial, Append or Prepend changes to take place and is fully functional for these fields.
Catch All works as it does elsewhere to indicate that any fields that do not match the other data in the grid should be changed according to that row.
