For certain support issues, we need to work directly with Blackbaud and to do that effectively, we will need to know which Blackbaud hosting server you are accessing.
From the Windows Tray look for the Citrix Workspace icon and right click on it.
The server information is available in the Citrix Connection Center (shown below):
