When working with Data Transformations, you may build a grid of multiple options. If you Export the Grid, you can save a copy to use with other templates or within other areas of the template you are currently working in.

When you click on Import/Export, you will see the following options: Standard Export, Standard Import and Excel Import. In version 5.11 and greater, you will also see options for Use Organisation Transformation, Use Global Transformations and Reset Grid. Not all of these features are available within the free version of Importacular.
- Standard Export - Exports the grid to a .xml file that can be imported into any Data Transformation grid
- Standard Import - Imports a .xml file into a Data Transformation grid
- Excel Import - Imports an Excel file into a Data Transformation grid
- Use Organisational Transformation* - allows you to select a pre-built grid of Data Transformations specific to your organisation
- Use Global Transformation* - allows you to select a pre-built grid of Data Transformations that is available to all users (such as US State or Canadian Province Abbreviations)
- Reset Grid - allows you to clear all selections in your grid.
