    Field names indicated in this error message are no longer available to select as a Source Field Value, though they were previously mapped and working as intended
  2. Recurring gifts from MobileCause are not being pulled in with one-time gift records as they once were. They can only be brought in using the Subsequent Recurring Gifts Transaction Type. Clients are having to create two separate batches since recurring gifts are not being recognized under the Donation/Sale transaction type.


These issues are due a recent overhaul to the recurring donation functionality on the MobileCause side, these updates have altered the API causing subsequent recurring gifts to not be recognized under the Donation/Sale transaction type in Importacular. For the foreseeable future MobileCause clients will need to bring in subsequent recurring gifts in a separate batch using the Subsequent Recurring Gifts transaction type.
