We have firewall issues preventing us reaching your servers. How do I turn off the licence status check? Print

From Audit Trail Viewer go to the Z logo:

This brings up the About box

Select Options

Uncheck the "Check licence status" box.

Note that if you purchased a perpetual licence for Audit Trail Classic then you are able to turn off the licence check. However if you purchased a subscription licence then this is not an option and Audit Trial will stop working.
