Unfortunately it does not. The reason is that the merge module that comes with RE when you are integrated with PE is very different. Behind the scenes The Mergician makes use of the RE merge process. This has been replaced with the RE/PE merge so that when a record is merged on RE it is also merged at the same time on PE. Because it is a different merge component it will not work with The Mergician.
