You can do this directly in Chimpegration. Go to the Settings in the upper right hand corner and then select Billing.
Once you're on the Billing Screen, you may need to finish completing billing details. Once that is complete (or if that is complete when you open it), you can add the credit card in the second section on the screen:
Fill in the credit card details and then click 'Save.'
